• Defeat ACA 27

ACA 27, the amnesty constitutional amendment, is a slap in the face of every unemployed Californian. Constituents like me expect you to vote NO on this unacceptable measure.

  • Defeat A.B. 1544

I am a constituent who believes it is unconstitutional and wrong to try to give illegal immigrants in California a guest worker amnesty. Please ensure that A.B. 1544 is defeated in the Appropriations Committee.

  • Pass S. 577

I just saw an eye-opening report by an Indiana television station that exposed the tax fraud being done by illegal aliens in our country. Apparently, illegal aliens are receiving more than $4 BILLION of taxpayer-funded refunds from the IRS. The House has already acted to end this abuse and the Senate needs to act by passing the Child Tax Credit Integrity Preservation Act.

  • Oppose S. 3217

It is ridiculous for anyone to propose legislation that would bring more foreign workers into the United States when millions of American STEM workers can’t find jobs. S. 3217, the Startup Act 2.0, would destroy the hopes and dreams of millions of Americans. Please oppose it.

  • Oppose S. 3192

The American people don’t need more foreign workers; we need more jobs. With this in mind I urge you to oppose the SMART Jobs Act, S. 3192.

  • Stop prosecuting Arizona

It is ridiculous that our state’s attorney general is trying to get Arizona’s S.B. 1070 overturned at the Supreme Court! You can help to alleviate the attorney general’s concerns by cosponsoring mandatory E-Verify legislation.

  • Push E-Verify legislation

Thank you for going on Greta Van Susteren and telling America that you care so deeply about what bills Americans want to “cosponsor.” I wanted to let you know that I’m “cosponsoring” H.R. 2885, the Legal Workforce Act.

  • Please speak with Rep. Kevin McCarthy

I’m writing to ask you to reach out to Rep. Kevin McCarthy from Bakersfield, to remind him that he swore an oath of office to protect and defend the United States. This oath of office includes representing the interests of U.S. citizens, not those of illegal aliens … no matter what the pretext.

  • Stand up for E-Verify

I hope you will tell the House Whip that you want mandatory E-Verify language added to the transportation spending bill, which will be voted on next week.

  • E-Verify poll numbers

I just learned that 88% of American voters who consider themselves to be moderates support requiring employers to verify the immigration status of their employees. If self-proclaimed moderates (the very swing-voters that Democrats need to win back the House) support programs such as E-Verify, the Democratic Party needs to support legislation that would require its use!

  • Pass E-Verify

A new poll conducted by Pulse Opinion Research shows that an astounding 94% of Republican voters support mandatory workplace verification. With numbers like these, there is absolutely no reason for the House not to pass a mandatory E-Verify bill and help America’s unemployed get back to work.

  • Oppose SOPA / PIPA

Right now, the same folks that brought us the so-called “Patriot” Act, indefinite detention of American citizens, and an out-of-control TSA and Department of Homeland Security are preparing to wage war on our freedom online.

  • Concealed carry reciprocity

Thank you for your response regarding H.R. 822 (recognizing reciprocal carry laws nation-wide).
