• Reject Pelosi’s ‘un-Americanism’

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents do a fantastic job enforcing our nation’s laws. How can Speaker Nancy Pelosi call them “un-American?”

  • Protect our unemployed

Amnesty is not the answer to America’s illegal immigration debacle and would only make matters worse. Please do not support any amnesty proposed by the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.

  • No ‘comprehensive immigration reform’

In 2007 the American people rose up and prevented Congress from passing amnesty. With this in mind, why would you tell members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus that you supported “comprehensive immigration reform?” We both know this is nothing more than a fancy term for amnesty.

  • Enforce our immigration laws

A new Rasmussen poll shows that 67% of Americans support ICE’s workplace enforcement raids and 73% of Americans support automatic immigration checks at traffic stops. It is clear that the American people favor enforcement over amnesty!

  • We need E-Verify

More than 7.7 million illegal aliens have jobs at a time when more than 11.5 million Americans do not. You can help some of these unemployed Americans by ensuring that E-Verify is reauthorized for at least 10 years.

  • Reauthorize E-Verify

It is absolutely imperative that E-Verify is reauthorized for at least ten years. You can ensure this occurs by supporting the addition of the reauthorization of the E-Verify program to the Omnibus Appropriations Bill.

  • Stimulus failure

I find the behavior of the Obama Administration and the Congressional Democratic Leadership to be partisan and dictatorial. Their refusal to keep the American worker and E-Verify protections in the economic stimulus package is repulsive.

  • Protect Americans

I am starting to see a worrisome trend at the Department of Homeland Security. It appears that you are postponing the implementation of new rules which help American and legal immigrant workers.

  • No on S. 388

There are more than 1.6 million young Americans with high school diplomas who are looking for, but cannot find, a job. S. 388 would make it even harder these Americans to find jobs. How could a United States Senator propose a bill that will make life even more difficult for America’s unemployed? Thank you for not supporting this bill.

  • ICE raids

It is absurd that you would even consider opposing ICE’s work site enforcement raids when more than 11.5 million Americans cannot find a job.

  • ICE raids

I am very disappointed that you have decided to oppose ICE’s work site enforcement raids. These law enforcement actions are immensely important and free up jobs for American workers.

  • H-1B visas

I find it appalling that the Democratic leadership and the White House worked behind closed doors to remove the American worker protections passed by the Senate and the House.

  • H-1B visas

I find your kowtowing to the Chamber of Commerce to be distressing. You have a duty to serve the American people, not lowlife businessmen who would rather hire illegal alien workers instead of unemployed Americans. Your actions to assist the Democrats on the Conference Committee to strip the American-worker protections from the Senate and House economic stimulus bills are absolutely revolting.

  • Continue to oppose S. 388

There are millions of teenagers who would like to work summer jobs, but Sen. Mikulski’s bill, S. 388, would prevent hundreds of thousands of American youngsters from finding jobs. I know you cosponsored a similar bill during the 110th congress, but have so far refrained from cosponsoring this bill. Please do not cosponsor this bill or any other bill that would harm American workers.

  • End chain migration

Please support Rep. Gingrey’s Nuclear Family Priority Act (H.R. 878).

  • Support E-Verify

It is important that only American workers benefit from any jobs encouraged by the economic stimulus package. Please ensure that the two E-Verify amendments approved by the House of Representatives are in Senate version of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

  • Support E-Verify

It is important that you support Sen. Ben Nelson’s efforts to ensure that American workers benefit from any economic stimulus.

  • Stop importing foreign workers

I am outraged that America is continuing to import 1.5 million workers per year when there are more than 11 million unemployed American workers. You must take immediate action to ensure that only American workers benefit from the economic stimulus package.

  • Protect U.S. workers

I am concerned that the Department of Homeland Security is not implementing measures that would protect American workers.

  • Protect U.S. jobs

A new report released by the Heritage Foundation says that 300,00 construction jobs created by the economic stimulus package will go to illegal workers. This does not serve country’s interests!
