Reject H.R. 1454 — an extremely anti-gun bill

I am writing to you today to reject H.R. 1454, which would classify firearm parts as guns in the eyes of the law.

This draconian bill is a blatant attack on our Constitutional right to build and assemble our own defensive implements at home. What’s more, H.R. 1454 would amount to a backdoor gun registry, which we all know is a prelude to confiscation.

Oppose H.R. 167 — FFL requirements for gun show transfers

I am writing to you today to express my opposition to H.R. 167, a bill proposed by Representative Al Green of Texas which would stretch beyond the Legislature’s constitutional authority by attempting to regulate intrastate commerce, violating both state sovereignty and the right of individuals to lawfully acquire and dispose of firearms.

Oppose H.R. 125

I am writing to you today to inform you that I stand in strong opposition to your bill — H.R. 125.

This legislation is unconstitutional, vague, and actually makes no sense even considering how federal law is written today. It would unfairly impose an even greater burden on lawful gun owners who may need firearms and ammunition to protect their families during this national time of crisis.

Reject H.R. 1207 — the federal ban on online ammo sales

I urge you to reject H.R. 1207 — the federal ban on online ammo sales.

This draconian legislation would criminalize law-abiding gun owners attempting to purchase ammo online. Indeed, in the midst of a nationwide shortage of firearms and ammunition, anti-gun members of Congress are seeking to further strangulate the supply of ammo with this bill.
