A potential security risk: Oppose S. 4787

I’m deeply concerned about the Biden Administration’s continued abuse of executive “parole” that allows foreign nationals to stay and work in the United States without a visa, including the more than 100,000 Afghan evacuees who were given parole and don’t qualify for refugee status or the special immigrant visa program created by Congress.

Measure the environmental impact of immigration policies

The Massachusetts Coalition for Immigration Reform (MCIR) is suing several federal agencies based on their failure to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regarding President Biden’s immigration policies. These policies, notably terminating “remain in Mexico,” preventing deportation proceedings for illegal aliens, and failure to finish the southern border wall are all subject to NEPA analysis, due to the huge environmental impact of adding millions of immigrants to the US population.
